Abstract

|
The purpose of this study is to develop the community health service center program through community assessment results. The tool used include community character, health level, community resource dimension. The subjects of the study are 645 client in service area. Data are collected from survey, interview, oversight, literary review, institution visiting.
The results of the study are as follows;
1. The accident prevention program is needed for the potential risk of accidents related to resident structure.
2. The leisure program for the elderly is needed for psychological health of them.
3. The preventive health care program is needed for their client health prevention.
4. The education program is needed for prevention of health threatening factors such as insufficient exercise.
5. The program of disease group counseling and disease education is needed for sick person.
6. The advertising program of the community health service center program is needed for potential clients.
7. The visit nurse program for the living alone elderly is needed for their health management.
